SOCIAL INNOVATION

We bring kaupapa to life through Māori social innovation, co-design, design thinking, and coaching that uplifts, empowers, and enhances mana. We build real capability with whānau, hapori, and organisations ready to shift systems and spark transformative change.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Our mahi spans workforce development, training, and coaching that’s grounded, practical, and prioritises play. From mentoring and teaching to designing and delivering learning experiences, we build skills, confidence, and collective capacity across every generation.

WĀNANGA

We grow kaupapa and people by holding space. Our wānanga and workshops are practice-based, often centred on tākaro, and aim to bring ancestral narratives to life through play and movement. Wherever possible, we base our wānanga in the taiao, and love to prioritise intergenerational knowledge transfer.

PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT

We craft programmes, resources, and content grounded in kaupapa Māori, designed to inspire and engage. From curriculum development to creative delivery, we shape learning experiences that empower and elevate whānau and communities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We bring clarity and purpose through strategic planning, project management, and systems thinking that connect the dots. With impact strategies and evaluation at the core, we help whānau and organisations measure success and create lasting change.

He tākaro kei aku ringa! A te reo Māori tākaro programme in the school holidays

Te Whānau Penetito-Hemara (Kori Collab.) held a kaupapa-rich Te Reo Māori holiday programme led through tākaro. From pēpi to pakeke, we played, learned, and wānanga together. Play isn’t the reward after mahi – it is the mahi. Our taiao was the playground, our reo the heartbeat. Succession is lived, breathed, and played across generations. Tākaro is our tūāpapa, our joy. We don’t just teach play – we live it!
